For some reason when I was exporting the audio from an adobe audition session to my usb stick, I got pkf files instead of mp3 and I cant get those files back because the computers where i had the session has deepfreeze on it. I am just wondering if there is any possibility that I can convert a pkf file to wav or mp3 or if i could open it . Ive tried with the adobe audition that i have on my own laptop and it says it wasnt supported.

No, I'm afraid you can't. .pkf files are simply a way of providing a visual quick-start for re-opening a file, and that's all they contain - visual information about writing the waveform to the screen. With small files they're hardly worth using these days, but with long ones they can speed up the time it takes to re-open the file considerably.

How can we see all changes after closing a file?
I mean, once you close Audition, all history will disappear;
Can a .pkf file help us see the history of all changes?
Is it even possible?

No it's not possible - .pkf files only do what I described above.
