I am used to being able to click at a position in my wav then click my space bar to hear audio from that point. For some reason in this new Audition when I click in the wav it does move the payhead....I have to manually go up and grab it and drag(scrub) to where I want. Driving me crazy and making quick wor a labor now. It works properly in the waveform (Single) editor...click and the playhead is there but I can't make it happen in multi-track. I have to believe I am just missing a setting...please help & thank you~Andy

I'm not aware of any setting that can alter this. On this system, clicking anywhere in multitrack repositions the play head to where you've clicked, and play will start from there when you hit the space bar. The only thing I can think of that's worth trying is the setting of the 'Use hardware acceleration for drawing' button in Preferences>General. If it's checked, then uncheck it and vice versa. Remember that a restart is required for each change...

It's been about 6 months since i've used audition (was working in other programs for work) and I'm back and trying to relearn the flow. I am having the same problem as the OP. Clicking anywhere does not reposition playhead for me. Only when i type "T" will it do that, which is extrememly ineffecient and not what used to happen. any suggestions?
