Convert an SES file from Cool Edit to an SESX file for Audition 2023

I have an old session that was created in Cool Edit Pro 2.1. I want to revisit that session now in Audition 2023. Is there any way to convert the original Cool Edit SES file to an SESX file useable in Audition 2023? 

Alter natively, is there any way to install Adobe Audition 3.0 without having to go through the "validate" step? I know I could use 3.0 to create an interim XML session file and then use the XML file in Audition 2023 to convert to a SESX file, but I don't have a usable copy of Audition 3.0 anymore.

This utility was actually written by a member of this forum and a considerable number of us have very good reason to be delighted with it.

However, if you think $49 is rather too much to pay for converting one session (the price is set by Adobe, I believe) it is highly likely that the app's creator @SuiteSpot  will see your post and respond directly to you!
