Hi all,
Amateur audio editor and hobbyist here. I was working on a mono multitrack session and wanted to convert just one recorded file into stereo (in hindsight, stupid idea). In the waveform editor of that specific clip, I went to Edit > Convert File > Stereo, as I'd seen in a tutorial. Upon doing this, every single piece of audio lost its right side and I have no idea how to undo what I just did. When going into the waveform editor on any of the clips, they're all in mono, but the session itself has no audio on the right side and I'm desperate for a way to reverse my mistake.
My audio mapping is correct and all of my channels are in mono. I see nothing that indicates a left or right imbalance and I opened a backup of the same session, and the audio is there on both sides. Any and all ideas and suggestions are appreciated!
Thanks for any help!
After dinking around and clicking various things I've come to find my main Mix channel was set to the wrong default input. Thank you me!

Update: Now every time I open a previous project in Audition I don't have the right side. My headphones are fine, I checked by just playing something on Youtube. I'm sure it's an easy fix, I just don't know where it is.
