converting markers to bookmarks that I will see it on timeline

I want to see my markers as bookmarks in timeline of VLC after exporting it as a MP3 file

can you help me?

Sorry - MP3 as a format does not support markers, and as far as I can tell, neither does VLC let you display anything like this.

It's not actually that simple to do - generally requires more than one bit of software.  Google M4B - that's the format type that supports chapters, and that's the only way I'm aware of that you can do this.
