Is it possible to set up Audition to open with a multitrack recording Template by default, asking  for the session name, as seen below?

All without doing anything more than opening Audition.

Or, opening not Audition, but a template.

Again, with the box below simply asking for the name.

The default template is the last one you opened. Not ideal, perhaps, but that's the way it is.

Okay, I'll update it. As far as opening a new Multitrack session is concerned, the answer above is correct. As far as getting Audition to open with a new multitrack session as the default, then no - I don't believe that the exe file takes arguments - it certainly doesn't for me, anyway. Incidentally, it wasn't me that marked the answer above as correct...
