I assume you mean Audition, so I'm moving this thread there.

I did see a note from @BobHowes that the new release of Audition CC 2017 (build 10.0.2.27) has a Noise Reduction bug. The team is aware of it and are working on a fix that will be released as soon as possible. Until then, the recommendation is to revert to an earlier version.
