Error: Could not start writing file/Target directory not writable

Trying to export a file like usual and for some reason it keeps popping up with one of these 2 errors, I tried exporting a different file and it worked fine but this session won't export and also when i try to create a new multi track session it says target directory not writable.

What and where was the Target directory? Are you using a Mac or a PC?

I have been experiencing the same problem and cant find any fix
