Export and Open in Adobe Premiere Pro is Greyed Out

For some reason this option is greyed out now. I use to use it all the time and after I upgraded my pc it started doing this, ive searched and followed some directions i found but to no success. Anyone have any success in a fix for this?

I must admit that I don't see the logic behind it - just reporting what somebody else has found. Exporting works fine here, FWIW. One of the things we've noticed lately is that Microsoft's 'upgrades' have had, with some machines but not others, undesirable side effects. A classic case is the disappearance of one of the .dll files, that now has to be replaced manually. Even though everybody's done the same 'upgrade' this affects some people but not others - for no apparent reason at all.
