Hello,
I have a multitrack project open with 4 layers of audio. Track 1, through Track 4.
I want to descrease the volume of ALL tracks at the same time. Like a global volume
reduction. How would I accomplish this ?
Thank you for your time

If all of the tracks end at the same place, then if you highlight all of them, the fade handle at the end of any of them will fade all four at once. If they don't end at the same point, then picking up the one that ends last and dragging it back will pick up the other tracks on the way. Looks like this: (I've ringed the fade handle to pick up)

Hi Steve,
I don't want to *fade* the clips, I wish to just decrease every track at the same time by the same amount.
Thanks for the TIP on the fading, this is also handy ! .... as for just decreasing the volume throughout the clips,
is that possible ? ( all at once, and by the same amount ) ? thank you.

Creat a bus track and send all the tracks you want to fade equally to that, rather than directly to the output. Then the bus fader in the mixer will fade them all equally.

Hello, your advice was really useful. Thank you. It also works when exporting my mix.
Can I have a question about working in the Editor for a Multitrack session?
On the old interface in older versions of the program, I could switch between windows of different multitrack projects.
Here in version 2023, I can't find this option. Or is the switching option here but what if I want to have more windows at once?
Sorry for the English, I'm using a translator.
