How to change bitrate on an OGG file

When I "save as" and select OGG as the format, there is no option to change the bitrate.

I'm sending a radio ad to Spotify and they use OGG files - but they want the bitrate to be TARGET: 192 kbps

There is no way to change this setting in the "Save As" window of Audition.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

You could use the 'Midiainfo' program to see what the bit rate of the export is. In Audition there is a  quality setting on the export page, i'm sure this will affect the bit rate.

Intrigued about this, I tested this using @Richard M Knight 's suggestion on a stereo, 48kHz, 16 bit file I had been working on.

With the quality setting on 100%, MediaInfo reported the bit rate as 500kbps.  Reducing that setting to 50%, the bit rate dropped to 160.  Setting the quality to 60% produced the following data:

Audio
ID : 794883420 (0x2F60F55C)
Format : Vorbis
Format settings, Floor : 1
Duration : 1 h 6 min
Bit rate mode : Variable
Bit rate : 192 kb/s
Channel(s) : 2 channels
Sampling rate : 48.0 kHz
Compression mode : Lossy
Stream size : 91.3 MiB
Writing library : libVorbis (Reducing Environment) (20200704 (Reducing Environment))

Exactly the bit rate you want.
