How to Export Audition Files

I'm new to Adobe Audtion, and not technical.  How do I export the audio I created?  To an email or directly onto my website?

You need to export the audio as a file to your computer hard drive and then, for an email, attach the file to it.

For your website you will need to upload that same file (using whichever ftp service you normally use) to your host's server and then create a link to it somewhere on at least one of the pages of your site.
