For a start, what VSTs are they? And if you needed to, did you add a path to them before you scanned them?

Audition CC only supports 64-bit VST plug-ins. So if your plug-ins are 32-bit only then they won't work. Audition CS6 supports 32-bit plug-ins natively since it is a 32-bit application.

Similar problem - However NO plugins on the filesystem. Where do I get them? - Win10 64bit, Adobe Audition 2017.1.1, build 10.1.1.11

Can you show a screenshot of Effects > Audio Plug-In Manager...?

What VST effects are you looking for that you can't find? VST effect are normally third party ones that you have found/bought online and downloaded and installed onto your system.

Thank you very much for the positive confirmation - I was under the impression that Melodyne was included as a plugin with Audition. I'll folow-up with Celemony and get the plug-in. Thanks

Melodyne isn't included with Audition, but what functionality are you looking for from Melodyne that you expected to be there?

I think that you may be getting Audition confused with Samplitude Pro X 3!

Or Sonar X.

Thanks again for the support - albeit - I had to realize plugins don't come bundled with Adobe Audition. (was my impression from someone on-line)
My concern is closed. Thanks again
