Audition CS6 was a 32-bit application, and the Loudness Radar plug-in which comes with any Audition CC version is 64-bit so it wouldn't work.

Unfortunately not as a free integrated version. It was specially licensed by Adobe to be included with Audition CC onwards. However you can buy the VST version as a plugin from TC Electronics which should work with CS6. They are offering it at a special price at the moment ($100 off the LM2n version).
