I have a Dell XPS with a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700 2.10 GHz processor and 32 GB of RAM, but when I open Audtion it is herky jerky, or doesn't fully open at all. Any suggestions? It sucks, and I don't know where to turn.

First thing you should do is to check that your video drivers are up to date. If the software doesn't fully open, then you need to locate the crash report log that is automatically generated when this happens. Pasting the text of that into this thread may give us more clues as to what's happening - but definitely check your video driver first.

Just to reassure you...
I have an XPS with the same processor as yours and it runs Audition without problem. But I do always ensure that any updates which the Dell Update service offers are installed asap!
