Pls , "How to Uninstall Adobe Audition from Windows 11" ???

I am trying to uninstall Adobe Audition but it won't let me .

Shows , this msg "Couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop . You still have creative cloud apps installed on your computer that require it ." 

Then it says "sign in" then "to uninstall you need to sign in" ,  

then when I click on "sign in" it loops back to "sign in" , ENDLESS LOOP???

Pls , "How to Uninstall Adobe Audition from Windows 11" ???
