Rack Presets Missing in Audition CC 2019

I just updated to Audition CC 2019, (and like an idiot uninstalled CC 2018 in the process). When I opened Audition, I noticed that the effects rack is now empty. It used to have about 15-20 presets by default, including Radio Announcer, Podcast Voice, etc, and now they're gone. Did I miss something in the update?

Try opening Audition with the shift key held down, and see if they re-appear - they should. This will re-load a set of 'vanilla' preferences, including all of the presets.

I had this problem, had to re-install audition. That put the presets back, but not those I created. I copied the xml from my laptop. Replaced the presets with mine and lost the lot.  Mine don't appear, now, nor do the presets.
