Since I upgraded to 2022, I'm unable use my RX plugins after importing them into Adobe . Please see the picture as a reference.

/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST

/Users/myusername/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST

Under the Plug-in Manager, I noticed that the plug-in type is not a VST. Can anyone explain why it's showing this way? Just confused.

Thank you.

Is this on a Mac or a PC? AU plugins won't run on PCs.

Hi Steve, do you have any suggestions?

I verified RX8 is in the VST Folder. What I don't understand is why are they showing up as AU type instead of VST? Thank you.

All I can tell you is that Macs can run both VST and AU versions of plugins. Apparently if you are going to share sessions with PC users, it's a good idea to use the VST versions, but if you are keeping everything on the Mac, then use the AU versions. So if you try using the AU versions of the plugins, do they work?
