Where are my Favorites stored in Adobe Audition 2020?

All of a sudden Adobe Autition 2020 lost all my Favorites settings. I restared the computer, but they did not come back. I still got my Favorites on my other computer, but I cannot find where they are stored. They are no longer where they used to be in Adobe Audition 2019 and earlier versions. Please can someone help me here? Thanks!

The preferences folder will have been updated from 12.0 to 13.0

The path in a PC is C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Audition\13.0\Favorites
