Question

Adobe Bridge 11 freezing when deleting files.

I've updated to 11.0 from 10.1.1, everytime I try to delete a picture in Bridge the program freezes and I have to use task manager to stop Bridge.  I have done a clean fresh insall of 11 no help  (all defaults reset).  I am now back to 10.1.1 with a clean install and deleting files works fine.

Running Win 10 on an ASUS N501JW Laptop, i7 16gb ram, plenty of space on the SSD.

Do you have the latest video driver installed?

If you go into administrative tools/event viewer/windows logs/application is there a Bridge crash report?

If so can you copy as text and post it here?

Have you checked problem history in the "Security and Maintenance" control panel.

Make sure your video driver is up to date.

Last resort.uninstall Bridge, reboot and reinstall Bridge

BTW nice laptop!!
