Adobe Bridge 15.0.1 is still slow. The last working fast version was 14.0.0. I don't understand what you did to it. 😞
The preview function is still slow to load since version 14.0.1 and it takes a few seconds longer. Try to focus on this problem. Waiting for the preview to render is really annoying. It happens even after all the thumbnails and previews are rendered and cached.
Thanks
I am sending a video demonstration of version 14.0.0, which is functional, and the current version 15.0.1, which is slow.
V14.0.0 OK
V15.0.1 NOT OK

I still don't understand this! There are so many complaints about slow Adobe Bridge and Adobe can't do anything about it!? Why?

In fact Bridge ist getting worse with every Update. I can remeber times when ist was smooth, stabile and could search and find things on tne NAS. Nowadays ist es just a pain tin the ass. Instabile, and so slow …
The actual version is so slow in connection to the server and making perviews that I now will go back to 2024. Together with the compleatly unusable Indesign Adobe doesnt fix. I really question what they are doing there.
And why am I nowadays not able to export my previews into the matching folder anymore? This function was solid and when different people got access to the folder they did not always have to wait for creating new previews.
It seems that all the ai-nonsens slows the programs down and is not really usable. Adobe! Do your homework! This is not freeware! We want to have solid tools and not something to play around!

Hi, @Haggi Hug, if you were able to access a server and/or a NAS, you were lucky. Bridge was never designed to work with either, and any success is hit or miss. From the get-go, Bridge was designed to work on local drives, period. That focus has not changed and is not likely to be in the future. Since I am not using either (server or NAS), I cannot address any change in exporting matching folders.
As far as controlling where files are delivered, if you're on a Mac, I can STRONGLY recommend Default Folder. I've been using (and depending) on this 3rd party software for almost 20 years, and find it vital for controlling the location of my files.
