Adobe Bridge Constantly Crashing on Mac M1 vs 12.6

I just updated my macbook pro M1 to Montereyv12.6 and bridge keeps crashing continually. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it keeps crashing.

This is happening on windows 11 as well.

Hi, try holding CMD+OPT+SHIFT as you start bridge to reset its preferences.

Make sure you are using the latest versions.

If nothing works, the hardcore method is using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html


i tried both the options, but bridge didnt worked even after. 

i'm struck without a solution
