Adobe Bridge - Downloading images from Camera Card to Adobe Bridge.

I have put my camera card into the slot on the side of my computer.  I click on Adobe CC and then go Bridge to open it.  It opens but the "Get Media" for some reason is not working.  Normally when I click on "Get Images" the button works fine and the images are transfered into bridge and I start to edit in Photoshop.  However, tonight, the Get Media button is not activited and I am unable to move the photos.  Help please.
