Adobe Bridge > create Panorama ???

Hey, 

 

is it possible to create a panorama out of Adobe Bridge and save it as a dng file? 

I know I can do this by opening it in adobe raw! 

But I cant find the comand to open it directly from Adobe Bridge. 

I am sure that I am not the first person to think of this. 

Because its making me crazy. 

I can create workflows but I cant find a workflow for creating panoramas. 

NOT > preparing images for panoramas that takes forever and then its just a stack of images. 

I want a simple comand: 

Generate Panorama

Show me the result

Give me some alternatives

And save at location A,B or C 

After this open in PS with the preset "panoramas_spain"

And I would like to apply these workflows to many images. 

 

Alternatively : 

 

Anybody has an idea of what app I can use to generate many panoramas. 

It´s driving me nuts that I need to repeate the same tasks over and over again. 

I feel like groundhog day .... 

 

Anybody?

In Lightroom Classic, you can select both Panoramas and HDR Panoramas. In both cases, once the image is up, you can visually look at Spherical, Cylindrical, and Perspective. Assuming that you're working with raw/DNG images to start with, you will end with a DNG image. When completed, the image will be saved with the proto-images. 

 

But yes, if you have many proto-panoramas to create, you will be repeating each time. Ironically, if you have many proto-HDR images to create, you can Shift-click or Command/Control-click on the lot of them and read email or get a cup of coffee while it cranks away on the image. But not for Panoramas or HDR Panoramas.

 

Now, you can also do all this above in ACR (LRC is ACR with a database and is, therefore, also a DAM), but I do find the work seems to go faster and more efficiently in LRC than ACR. Plus, ACR cannot do repetitive HDR assembly automatically as LRC can.

 

I know that's not fully what you wanted to hear, but you did ask for options.

 

If you have any more questions on using LRC for this, just ask. I do this a lot.

    Bridge cannot do this. You might look into scripting Photoshop.
