Adobe Bridge will not work

Hi

Compete failure of C: drive last week. New one fitted, Adobe helped me reinstall LR6 and CS5. I now find adobe bridge will not work, what do I need to do?

    reset your preferences - https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/troubleshoot-errors-freezes-bridge-windows.html

    though if you os is incompatible (ie, new), that may not work.

    Hi Windows 10, been on the site suggested. surprised Adobe not willing to help!

    Hi

    have had another go on Adobe Chat, again they say they can not / will not help!!! and I must find the answer in the Forums. Spent some 2+ hours yesterday searching for an answer. Is there any way you could point me in the right direction?

    the first reply suggested if new OS it may not work, I am on Windows 10 and he was correct. I can find Bridge updates but that does not help.

    did you successfully reset bridge preferences?
