Adobe Bridge Won't open on my mac

Adobe bridge version 10.0.2.252 won't open on my mac once a week or so and I have to reset it to get it to open.  I'm sick and tired of having to re-set it and then customize it for my use.  I am running Monterey 12.4.  Can anyone PLEASE help me to keep this from happening?!

Just before clicking on Bridge in the Dock or double-clicking the application, for the Mac, press Command-Option-Shift. For PCs, press Control-Alt -Shift. Then open Bridge BUT KEEP your fingers on those keys until you see a window pop up. From the window, choose “Reset Preferences," "Entire Thumbnail Cache”, and/or "Reset Standard Workspaces.” In your case, choose "Reset Preferences."

cmd-opt-shift did NOT work.  Still get

Adobe Bridge 2022 quit unexpectedly.

What does the crash log file show? I use Bridge on Monterey and it works as expected.

How do I get the crash log file?

I have the same issue.  And can't open Bridge since installing 12.4.

I only installed 12.4 because part of Premiere Pro wasn't working and Adobe recommended it.  But then Bridge stopped working entirely.  I really wish there was more compatibility with any given operating system.

How did you reset it?

To get it reset and working, I think you click on it to open, but immediatly hit cmd-opt-shift.  See if that works.
