None of your Adobe apps launch except Creative Cloud?

Creative Cloud doesnt work. Adobe reader works. But none of the Cloud tools work. I need an urgent support about this situation. My PC is suitable to work with the tools. If it wont work, unfortunately I want to get my money back. Because from the beginning, I had no chance to use the tools due to this problem.
Thank you for your support in advance

My suggestion is you delete everything Adobe using the ACC creative cloud tool.
Reboot your machine.
Disable your virus protection software and reinstall your apps.
One of the two is causing permissions issues.
You can also create a new user and see if you can launch one of the apps from the new user account as a check.

We are not Adobe, we are community members. We can just offer advice on troubleshooting.

Yes I know that I am writing to the community members. Thank you for the info anyways. I ll try to solve it with disabling the virus protection.
I also have already been written to Adobe but nobody responded.
Thank you again

Adobe offices have been closed this week.
I have no idea if this has effected Aobe tech support.
Some virus software will stop programs from installing files in specific areas depending on the system permission rights assigned.
Dis-abbling antivirus software only needs to done when installing certain types of applications.
Avast was the only problem virus software that gave Adobe products fits all the time. Those issues have been corrected.
Try R-clicking one of the Adobe icons and select "run with administraive rights" and see if will open.
I also suggested add a new user, which you shoud do anyway.
If you ever have a corrupt startup and cannot log in with your primary user account , you can get into your machine by creating secondary LOCAL user account.

No because we don't have enough information. Possibly, possibly not if you post the actual crash report.

You have a system file error.
Try these two things.
Try these first to see if they work:
Open Start, type: CMD
Right click CMD
Click Run as administrator
Type in at the prompt: (Hit enter after each)
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Also run the System File Checker utility:
Open Start, type: CMD
Right click CMD
Click Run as administrator
At the Command Prompt, type: sfc/scannow
This will check for any integrity violations
Restart your system
