AM/PM missing from Date Created field?

In Bridge, the Date Created field no longer shows AM or PM after the time information, as shown below. How would I fix this?

The fix for this issue is available in the latest update of Adobe Bridge (15.0.3). 
We would love for you to try it out and share your feedback.
