Backup Adobe Bridge Settings and Preferences

What is the easiest way to backup all of Adobe Bridge 2024 settings, preferences, and plugins?

On Windows systems you can go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge 2024 (or whatever version you are using)

and copy the entire folder to any required backup location.

I would consider writing a batch file to do the job with a single click!

I do not know the equivalent location for Mac systems but some one will surely let you know.
