Hi,

My Bridge preview panel turned blank and it's been like this for a week or so-refreshing or re-installing the software don't seem to help. Any ideas how to fix it? Thank you!

    Hi justynam,

Please try resetting the preferences of Bridge: -

Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears. Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.

    Regards,

This issue has occured on my Windows PC as well. However, pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift at launch does not bring up the dialog box. I tried resetting preferences and standard workspaces from the drop-down menus, but it doens't seem to help. Additionally, purging the entire thumbnail cache does not change the problem either. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well. Please advise if there are any other additional steps I can take to resolve the issue.
