Bridge 10.1.1.166 will not generate thumbnails

I have thumbnails for PSD and JPG files, but not for TIFF or raw files. I tried Ctrl+shift+alt to reset preferences, but it doesn't bring up the dialogue for that. I've also purged the cache to no avail.

What OS?

You did the Ctrl+shift+alt at Bridge start up?

What camera are you using?

Do TIF and RAW thumbnail images appear in finder or file manager?
