Bridge 12.0 does not open. How can I reinstall it?

Can you give us more details? Are there any error messages? What platform and OS version?

The operating system is Monterey from MaC,  The app does not open. The message is: "an error has occurred" I have sent the report to Adobe but they have not found a solution.
I think just reinstalling Bridge. How can I do?
