Same Issue, brand new system & fresh install.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Nvidia 4080, 32GB, Windows 11 Pro.
Currently using the Game Ready Drivers.

**EDIT**

Setting Bridge to "Software Rendering" solves the issue but ONLY with version 13.0

Problem occurs with Bridge 13.02 & 13.01. (Regardless of Software rendering setting).

Unfortunately Version 13.0 suffers from other bugs that make this version unusable.

I have to revert to version 12.0.4. (Working with Software Rendering ON or OFF).

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

We suspect that the recent NVIDIA driver update is causing crash in Adobe Bridge.

(Driver version : 31.0.15.2802 (528.02) , Release date : 5 Jan 2023)

We are further investigating the issue, please confirm if the issue is resolved by either of the below steps:

1. Downgrade the NVIDIA graphic card driver to the last stable version.

  1. Switch to “Software rendering” in Bridge preferences by following the below steps.
    • Navigate to Edit-> Preferences-> Advanced
    • Enable checkbox “Use Software Rendering”
    • Restart Bridge
    • Check if the crash is resolved while previewing files.

For more information or feedback, please reach out to us

Regards,

Bridge Team

Yes this works, I've downgraded to NVIDIA 527.56 and Bridge 13.2 is working as normal (works with Software Rendering - On or Off.

Even with the latest v528.24 drivers, Bridge 13.02 continues to crash, however the crash isn't instant, but occurs after going through a lot of fullscreen previews.

Go to a folder -> select an image -> fullscreen -> hold right arrow or just next image really fast, and/or open close fullscreen a lot and browser a folder of images.
Eventually it crashes.

**I do not have this crashes with NVIDIA driver v527.56**
