Bridge 13.0.2 crash when exit full screen preview

Question

I instaled the new version of Bridge (13.0.2.636), but tried with 13.0.1 and all versions doing ...

I open a folder, select an image then press space bar to open full screen preview

When I press ESC button to close it, the Bridge is crash and show error report window ..

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

We suspect that the recent NVIDIA driver update is causing crash in Adobe Bridge.

(Driver version : 31.0.15.2802 (528.02) , Release date : 5 Jan 2023)

We are further investigating the issue, please confirm if the issue is resolved by either of the below steps:

1. Downgrade the NVIDIA graphic card driver to the last stable version.

Switch to “Software rendering” in Bridge preferences by following the below steps.
- Navigate to Edit-> Preferences-> Advanced
- Enable checkbox “Use Software Rendering”
- Restart Bridge
- Check if the crash is resolved while previewing files.
