Bridge 13 causes monitor flickering

As soon as I use the space bar to open a single file to fill screen, the screen starts flickering. Nitrosense indicates GPU more than 70% even though I have the setting at reduced. Screen eventually starts overlapping like I'm running multiple monitors at once... I don't think I am.

Have deleted and re-istalled twice

I've since rolled back to Bridge 2022 and have no issues
