Hi

Thanks for the mail. Its already done. Did most of the trouble shooting by referring documents as well as by getting help from adobe on chat and giving adobe access to system. It doesn’t work. It drains battery horribly fast 1.2 to 2% per minute. Very ridiculous.

Hi @Yogesh0101

Thanks for the feedback.

Could you please check the activity monitor for the following details when Bridge is running-

  • CPU
  • Memory
  • Energy

Thanks,

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Bridge. Would you mind telling us the macOS version you're working on?

If you're using macOS Catalina or Big Sur, please go to the System Preferences for your Mac, then Security and Privacy, then select the Privacy tab. Then select Accessibility from the list to the left & check if Bridge is added to the list with a check mark in front of it. If Bridge is not a part of the list, please add it by unlocking the window first using the lock at the bottom left, then clicking the + icon & navigating to the Applications folder. Also, grant permissions to Bridge under Full disk access located in the same list as Accessibility. Once done, restart the Mac & check if it helps.

If the issue persists, please try the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/troubleshoot-errors-freezes-bridge.html

Let us know if it helps!

Regards,

Nikunj
