I'm using Windows 10 to access Bridge 2022.  The program is updated but keeps "crashing" on attempts to open images in one specific folder.  Also, I've cleared "cookies" to no avail.  Is there a solution to rectify this problem?  Thanks in advance for a reply.

A moment ago I transferred the folder containing all 24 images in Bridge 22 (12.0.3) onto an external drive.  Each one opened when dragged into PS from the storage (external) drive but not from the hard drive (OS Windows 10).  Why is this still a major issue or hasn't been resolved?

I cleared the cache in all folders listed in Pictures.  Clicked on "Edit" to select "Preferences".  I chose "Cache" opting to keep the size to 50GB and selected three of the four "Options":  (1) Keep 100% Previews in Cache.  2) Automatically Import Cache from Folders When Possible.  (3) Purge Cache Older than [30] days...etc.; then, clicked "OK".  Bridge 22 worked for only a couple of minutes on the hard drive (it opened in PS) before crashing again.  If anyone has found a solution, please let me know so I can resume my workflow. Thanks!!!

I am having the same problem. I have sent error reports the past couple of days but tonight Bridge is crashing almost before it is finished opening.

It has been automatically updated through Creative cloud app which is showing as Up to Date. Operating on Windows 10 and have not had this problem in the past.

The issue I've been having with Bridge 22 is resolved (for now).  Anyway for what it's worth what I did was cleared the cache from all folders listed in Pictures.  In the Bridge menu, click "Edit" and select "Preferences" (at the bottom).  Click on "Cache".  I kept the cache size to 50GB and chose three of the four  "Options":  (1) Keep 100% Previews in Cache.  2) Automatically Import Cache from Folders When Possible.  (3) Purge Cache Older than [30] days...etc.  Click "OK".  Now, I can access all files from my hard drive and/or external drive.  Maybe because it was recently updated.  If this is the case, thank you very much!

Bridge does not stay open long enough for me to do anything other than open the preferences menu. It did at least let me send another error report.
