I'm trying to transfer photos from my SD card to Bridge and I am unable to open the both Bridge 2023 and Bridge 2024. There are no updates available, and I can't even open the app. When I try to open them, the dark gray background pops up and starts to load but immediately gives an error saying Bridge cannot be opened, and then I have to force quit. When I send an error report, it comes back with saying there are no workarounds right now. I'm photographing an event this weekend and need to be able to use Bridge by Monday
If anyone else is having this issue, I chatted with an agent and we were able to solve the issue. What they had me do was the following (NOTE: this is for a Mac OS Ventura 13.2.1)-
Go into System Settings > Privacy and Security > Privacy > Accessibility. From here, click the plus(+) at the bottom and it'll open Finder (it may ask you for your password). Select Applications, and then select Adobe Bridge.
Next, still in System Settings/Privacy and Security, go to Full Disk Access. Once again, clic

Hi, @ECS5163, I need a bit more information: Are you trying to run both 2023 and 2024 concurrently? (Hint: that cannot be done; you can only run one copy of Bridge at a time).
I see that you are also stating that you cannot open the app, which implies that 2023 and 2024 are both giving you this issue independently (but I'm just trying to verify).
What is your OS (and what version)? (Suggested instruction depends on what you're running.

Hi, @gary_sc, no, I'm not trying to run both versions concurrently. I had the 2023 shortcut saved, so originally I was trying to open that. After looking at CC for updates, I realized that I had 2024 installed as well, so tried to open that instead, thinking the error could be due to an outdated version. Unfortunately, 2024 also gave the error and crashed upon loading.
I'm currently running macOS Ventura (version 13.2.1)

...if you're running W10 Version 1907 you need to update to 22h2, otherwise you won't be able to run Bridge. A temporary workaround is to go to Creative Cloud Desktop and go to All apps, Photoshop will have, next to the open button, three dots, and a drop down you click them; pick the last version that worked and install it.

Finally, restart your computer once and open Adobe Bridge. This solved my problem, so hopefully it'll solve someone else's too!

Had the same problem after ver. 2024 update. Followed the clues and now the problem is solved. On Mac OS Ventura of course. Thanks ECS 5163

Ok its July 2024 and none of the Adobe suggestions are fixing Bridge for me. I've cleared cache, change thumbnail preview size from 1000 to 100mb, unchecked viewing extra items like Folder and Libraries -- and I just need to be able to see thumbnail previews of images within a folder. I cannot even get a menu dropdown to show a list of whats in any folders. This wasnt happening until recently. Nothing has helped. Why are Adobe products becomgin worse and worse with each new OS?
