Hi, @Petra-Oxana29410126cz5b,

One quick aside, there is a dangerous attack on the Mac OS that is fixed with release 13.3.1 It is recommended that you update as soon as possible.

OK, back to your issue. What kind of files are these? Raw, JPG, all files? Some files? What?

Does this happen in a different folder with a different set of images?

Two quick maintenance things to try

#1 Reset Bridge's Prefs

Quit Bridge (if running). Just before clicking on Bridge in the Dock or double-clicking the application for the Mac, press Command-Option-Shift. For PCs, press Control-Alt-Shift. Then open Bridge BUT KEEP your fingers on those keys until you see a window pop up. From the window, choose “Reset Preferences," "Entire Thumbnail Cache,” and/or "Reset Standard Workspaces.” In your case, choose "Reset Preferences."

#2 Reset the cache for the folder giving you issues:

Go to the Tools (menu) -> Cache -> Purge Cache for (xx) folder

Let me know if either of these work,

Good luck!

Hi @Petra-Oxana29410126cz5b ,
For the two issues you have mentioned :
1. For Open in Photoshop with double Click : Please check "File Type Associations " in Preferences.
2. For Rotate Shortcut not working : We are able to reproduce the issue and we have added this to our engineering pipeline.

Thank you for reporting the issue to us.

Regards,
Bridge Team
