Bonjour, J'utilise Windows 10.

Device name MarieLechat-PC
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz 4.00 GHz
Installed RAM 32,0 GB
Device ID 5C85E4DE-6044-4568-9AF0-2890B9E53F0D
Product ID 00326-10000-00000-AA230
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

D'avance merci

    Hi Marie,
    Thanks for your feedback.
Could you please share the following details about the issue:

    • Share the File Association screenshot - PSD should be set to Adobe Photoshop or any other supported app
    • Check Open with option - Right click on a PSD file and Open with Photoshop or any other supported app

    Thanks,
    Bridge Team

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Les photos sont stockées sur un disque dur exterieur, donc ce n'est probablement pas un problème de mémoire
