Bridge 2025 will not launch on PC

After updating to Bridge 2025 version 15.0.1, I have not been able to launch Bridge from my PC. If I go to Creative Cloud, I am able to launch it successfully. I have uinstalled it several times and have also uninstalled and re-installed PS as well as Bridge. I have checked the attributes and have Administrator has all permissions. If I try to run this as Administrator, it will launch and ask if I want to give permission to this program to make changes and I respond yes. It never launches. Photoshop and LR both launch successfully after their update. Has anyone else run into this issue, or has anyone any idea as to what would be causing this?

thanks,

Bob

I have been away for a while and not able to get back to this topic. I did get a solution from Adobe and the technician was very helpful. it apepars that Bridge requires more permissions than LR or PS for some reason. All three products worked until the latest update, so I do not know how the permissions got changed unless the install actually made those changes. Regardless, she made sure that all the Adobe folders had RW permissions and all worked. A little bit of a shotgun approach I think, but it is up and running. Thanks to Adobe and anyone else that showed interests.

I'm having the same issue.  Hopefully someone can steer us both onto the right path...

As a followup to this question, I went in this morning and flushed the DNS on my machine and rebooted. It was a longshot - I thought maybe there was a proxy issue with Bridge. Click on bridgeproxy.exe and it still does not launch. I can launch from Creative Cloud Desktop.  Hopefully, Adobe or someone has more thoughts on this. thanks
