install bridge

install photoshop , lightrom, camera raw .

when I open bridge its crash

Bridge or any other app itself cannot crash the computer or give BSOD's as mentioned.

Could you please post the crash report so that we can analyse it. Refer Photoshop Elements Editor Help | How to Find Crash Logs on Windows for details.
