I'm on a MacBook OSX Yosemite V. 10.10.4
I did have an iPhone 5c I had always used Bridges' "get photos from camera" to download photos from my phone.
But after my phone took a dip in a river & was no behaving properly. Bridge no longer wanted to recognize photos so I assumed it's inability to work with Bridge had to do with electrical malfunctions caused by the water getting into my phone.
I've since then upgraded to iPhone 7 plus, same Macbook (with Yosemite OS) and I'm getting the same message. At first the message shows: device is locked (even when it isn't). Alternately, whether I unlock my phone or not, I get the message "This device does not contain any supported media."
I ONLY ever use Bridge as I work exclusively within Creative Suite for all of my design work. And I went to the oPhone 7 so I could streamline suing the better camera along with my usual preferred workflow.
How can I get my work to flow? I can access my photos without jumping through time consuming cloud
