Any files that have that use and alias are not showing on Bridge. I have v.14 and have purged the cache. Please see the screen capture and advise how I can fix it.

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
Can you please share the path/alias type which you are using here?
Is there any particular way you are creating the alias?
Are you facing this issue on any particular alias? For ex: are you also seeing these on application alias.
Or any other information, which you think can help us debug this issue further.
Thanks
Bridge Team,

... solved it.
its a thing of the mac finder.
I have first to change the folder icon with a new image and THEN have to make an alias of the folder and THEN have to change the alias folder icon with the same image thumbnail with the original folder.
cheers...

Hi, Christian,
in my case this helped:
1 - copy the design you want for a folder in the clipboard
2 - go to your folder and open the information
3 - change the thumbnail / icon by clicking and pasting in from the clipboard
4 - close the information
5 - the folder now has a new thumbnail / icon
6 - click the folder and create an alias folder
7 - click the alias folder and open the information
8 - change the thumbnail / icon by clicking and pasting in from the clipboard (still the same design like pos. 1)
9 - close the information
10 - the alias folder now has the same thumbnail / icon like the regular folder (step 2-5)
11 - go to bridge - the alias folder has a "real" thumbnail / icon
this works for files as well - not just for folders.
of course this only makes sense for some individually folder / files because you would have to do this manually for every item.
hope it helps.
regards...
