Bridge gives an error on startup

Bridge gives an error on startup. The program cannot be closed by regular methods. The problem appeared before the last update and did not disappear after the update. Reinstalling the program didn't help.

Can try the latest patch release of Bridge 13.0.2 and check if your issues are resolved?
