Bridge Hangs Opening in ACR

Problem

Until about three months ago, everything was fine opening files using ACR from Bridge.

Now, it hangs for JPEGs, and ARW RAW files when I right click the photos while in Bridge. The file size makes no difference (the problem occurs on .5 mgb to 10 mgb photos).

Other aspects of Bridge seem to work, such as batch processing.

Specs:

Dell XPS 9500 Laptop

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz

32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)

Windows 11 Home

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Here's what I've done (with restart after each step):

  • Uninstalled, reinstalled Photoshop
  • Uninstalled, reinstalled Bridge
  • Downgrated Bridge to version 13.5
  • Updated each to current versions
  • Used the Adobe tool that completely removes all instances of Adobe
  • Compated cache
  • Deleted cache
  • Increased space on C and D drives to 300 gigs each
  • Updated my graphic drivers
  • Uninstalled, reinstalled graphic drivers
  • Attempted using Bridge with no other applications open
  • Turned on and off GPU settings
  • Disabled, removed and restored Intel graphic card from Device Manager
  • Launched Bridge and Photoshop from the Creative Cloud Desktop only
  • Changed settings in the Nvidia Control Panel for 3D rendering
  • Updated Windows 11

What could the issue be?

Thanks in advance!

Do you use any Custom Scripts?

Disabling, or removing them, might help?
