Needed to upgrade to windows 10 to run new updates ...All apps show as up to date in creative suite for photography but only photoshop opens..

Suggest you start reinstalling your apps.

Don't know what OS version you upgraded from, but a major update from say windows 7 to windows 10 usually requires you do a full reinstall of your apps.

Don't drink the MS koolaid.

    Unfortunately I drank the Adobe Kool aid because it was Adobe cloud that recommended the update to windows 10 I've done just what you said and uninstalled and reinstalled and bridge still does not open..
