Hi,
I know this question has been asked and unanswered a few times, but I can't believe there still hasn't been a fix issued.
I use the contact sheet/pdf very often as part of my workflow, to send clients a quick shoot overview for selection.
For a couple months, in every pdf export the colors are way too saturated, and the images are darker and more contrasted. It looks awful.
When is Adobe going to fix this massive issue?
Could you recommend another software or solution to achieve the same thing - quick, easy, simple?
Doing it with Photoshop is such a drag.
Thanks!

Hi fanette_g,
Sorry that Bridge is outputting incorrect colors while exporting a PDF.
We are aware of this issue as been reported here earlier: Adobe Output Module for Bridge CC 2018 and our engineering team is working on it.
Thanks,
Akash

Hi Akash,
Thank you for your answer.
That topic is from a year ago, could you give us an idea of when this issue will be fixed?

Have you tried Bridge 9.1? Supposedly its fixed. I was never able to reproduce it so I can't test the fix.

I tried the available older versions through creative cloud, same results.
After more research I will downgrade to version 8.0 from the link in the other topic.

But frankly it's a reported bug that a lot of people have been encountering, asking people to downgrade to fix it - even after a year of complains - seems a bit nonsensical.

But have you tried version 9.1? This bug is supposedly fixed in v9.1.

This is confusing, as I currently have 9.0.2 installed and the creative cloud desktop application says Bridge is up to date with no update available.

There has been a 9.0.3 and a 9.1 release.

As Lumigraphics says, this has been fixed in the recently released 9.1. Some of our users have confirmed this release fixed it for them. Please check with 9.1 and let us know.

I am unable to download 9.1 from my desktop creative cloud app. Only says "open" or "manage".
The link provided above simply lists the news features.

Have you done any troubleshooting? Log out and back in to the CC? Restart your computer?

Hi Fanette_g,
Do you have an enterprise license? If so, please ask your Enterprise Administrator of Adobe software for the upgrade.
Thanks,
Teja

I have a private license. I logged out and logged in again, relaunched the CC desktop app.
So in the end, unavailable updates (I guess this affected all softwares) problem came from the CC desktop app.
There were some bugs but now running Bridge 9.1 and just tried a pdf export, finally fixed yeay!
Get ready! An upgraded Adobe Community experience is coming in January.
