Bonjour, lorsque j'envoie mes jpeg par mail à un destinataire, les iptc (remplis dans bridge) ne suivent pas... Savez-vous d'où peut venir le problème svp ?

I’m not sure that this is directly a Bridge issue, so – in Photoshop, are you using File menu > Export ?

If so, this is probably stripping your metadata. There are limited options to include/exclude metadata from the various export options…

If you wish for more metadata to be included, use File menu > Save As…

Thank you but I don't understand your answer. My problem is about Bridge because I fill the metadata with Bridge... but you answer me about photoshop. Moreover, I always use "save as" when I save my jpeg.

Ah, I did not fully understand your question/problem! Lost in machine translation…

Hello, when I send my jpeg by mail to a recipient, the iptc (filled in bridge) do not follow... Do you know hence can come the problem please?

The most common reason for metadata being lost in JPEG files is using a Photoshop export method that removes metadata.

If the metadata is proven to be in the file before sending via email, the problem would appear to be with either your outgoing email app/server or the recipient’s incoming app/server. Perhaps try .zip compressing attachments before sending them to provide a “wrapper” to protect the contents.
