Bridge, Tools>Photoshop scripts do not work

Community Beginner ,
Nov 10, 2017 Nov 10, 2017

Recently updated to CC2018 and Bridge 2018. In Bridge under Tools menu the Photoshop and Google scripts do not work ( like Load Files into PS Layers, etc) . They connect with PS but nothing happens. The same scripts work if I apply them directly in PS ( like the image processor). I have all the scripts enabled in Bridge under preferences and I have unistalled and reinstalled the programs in different ways several times, but no luck.

Thank you Abhishek for your reply. I tried that several times. Since I posted this I was on the phone with tech support  for hours, no luck solving the problem.

I have downgraded to the previous version of CC...... now all is beautiful.

Hi Lazlo,

Can you please go to Bridge preferences-> Start up Scripts -> click on "Enable All"

This should solve the problem, please let us know if the issue persists.

Regards,

Abhishek Seth.

But why does Adobe keep disabling scripts in Bridge every time it restarts? And every time it restarts Bridge wants to load automatically when I didn't tell it to and when it does try to load it tells me it can't load because the scripts are no good. This is every single time since the upgrade. I've had problems with upgrades for the last 3 upgrades deleting my brushes deleting my actions deleting my preferences deleting everything that I've made that's custom. This is getting a little tiring. I spend 20% of my time fixing the mistakes in Photoshop so I can get on with my job. And no one seems to have an answer for any of it. But I know that other people are having these problems because when I Google it I see them asking the same questions as I am and none of them have an answer. Why can't I load scripts and why are the scripts corrupt? Thank you
