With the last update of Bridges 2023, I can no longer open the application. It gives a keyboard incompatibility error and tells me to check the internet connection. I uninstalled the update and it started working normally again.

Hello @xibo
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To better investigate the issue, could you please share the following:
1. OS and machine details
2. Keyboard input language set at OS level and Bridge level. If you have any version of Bridge 13 prior to 13.0.2 then you can get the details by the following steps -> Open Bridge 13 -> Then in the menu bar, click Adobe Bridge 2023 -> Preferences -> Advanced Tab. There you can see the language and keyboard set.
3. To avoid the keyboard incompatibility alert, you have to match the keyboard input language of OS and Bridge. Since you are not able to open the latest updated version of Bridge 13 i.e. 13.0.2, you can set the keyboard input of Bridge 13 through any older Bridge 13 version i.e. 13.0.0 or 13.0.1
4. Once you match both the keyboard input languages then launch the latest Bridge 13.0.2 and see if you are still getting the keyboard incompatibility error.
We might reach out to you further to get more information or a screen-sharing session to debug the issue.
Thanks,
Bridge Team

Now a warning appears (image attached) and when doing "dismiss" the application closes and it is not possible to use it.

I have the latest version of Bridge (13.0.2.636). It was precisely the last update that created the problem.
I created the folders and copied the file as indicated and the problem was solved.
However I have to mention that this procedure should never have to be done. Something is not right with the latest Bridge update and it should work without any problem.
Since Bridge 2023 came out, it's been a complete disaster. I continue to prefer the Bridge 2022 which rarely had a problem as opposed to the Bridge 2023.
Thank you for your help.
